Manufacturing
CCDI fabricates parts using wet resin continuously applied to the reinforcing fiber immediately prior to fiber placement on a rotating mold or mandrel. Commonly called “wet winding.”
Products
CCDI’s manufacturing processes provide quality, custom-filament wound tubes, rolls, and drive shafts. The composite parts produced range from small ¼” diameter to large 4’ diameters with variable wall thicknesses.
Configurations and Geometry
Geometry profiles range from the most common round to hexagonal or square. Sizes and shapes are custom fabricated depending on customer requirements.
Complete In-house Fabrication
CCDI uses custom fabricated machinery and tooling for production parts that are wound, cured, machined, finished and inspected- all in house.
Best Practice
CCDI maintains an ISO 9001 practice to help govern everything from documentation control to change management.
