At CCDI our goal is to provide our Customers with products and services that exceed their requirements and expectations.
ISO 9001:2015 Quality System
Configuration compliance is guaranteed by our robust process management, tracking processes and final configuration conformance.
Desk Level Instructions
CCDI Communicates key process variables to operations through use of desk level work instructions. These document standard processes and record critical process variables to ensure fabrication conformance the first time, every time.
Lot Traceability and Documentation Travelers
Resource planning and production management achieved through use of paper “trigger” signaling what to fabricate, in what quantity, the latest quality and configurations parameters, and provides record location of pedigree specifics.
Non conformance accountability
CCDI employs a time sensitive rapid accountability approach for non conformance identified at the end of each process through applicable quality checks performed through the use of strict go/no-go criteria and equipment. Our team identifies root cause corrective measures and tracking via electronic database. Our corrective action performance is tracked to ensure applicability and success, corrective action implementation and performance.
Equipment verification
The stalwart of CCDI’s quality approach is prevention and built in checks to prevent errors before they happen.
Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action (RCCA) Implementation
Advanced aerospace industry style RCCA implementation is used at CCDI. From identifying the problem through use of fish bone diagrams and exhaustive DOE performance and results.
CCDI’s Quality Work Enviroment
At CCDI we build in quality. Each individual on our team strives for excellence and our open communication between team members and across teams, helps ensure access to management and subject matter experts to address possible configuration issues.
We each take personal responsibility to provide the highest quality products while meeting the company’s high standards of integrity and ethics.
Accuracy
Built in “Real Time” documentation; as the process is carried out. Data entries are made by station operators in real time ensuring accurate data and traceability.
Accountability
Through proper handling, labeling, preparation, instrument calibration/qualification, analysis, and reporting; establishing an audit trail that identifies date, time, operator, equipment used, quality control samples (where appropriate and/or required by the customer), and associated standard material.
Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015
QMS provides accuracy, and strict compliance with agency regulations and customer requirements, giving the highest degree of confidence; understanding that meeting the requirements of the next employee in the work flow process is just as important as meeting the needs of our customers.
Non-Conforming Material
Controlling out-of-specification occurrences, equipment malfunctions, and other types of process problems, with investigation and applicable corrective action; documenting these activities completely, including reasons for decisions made.
